The first & foremost tip to clear any competitive exam is to be active, sharp, aware & consistent in studies. So for this, you had to begin your preparation before 12 months, & for this you need to cram some important terms also.

2>

Practice Mock Exam

The second important thing you must consider while giving any competitive exam is giving a mock exam every alternate day of the week & if the exam is near, then give a mock exam practice every day.

3>

Revise Smartly

The next thing you must keep in mind for preparing for the CAT exam 2025 is revising each thing regularly, as we are humans & our minds don't remember everything if we don't revise regularly. And if there is only 1 week left before the exam, make a short notebook to revise in the end that includes formulas, shortcuts, tricky questions, basic & most scoring terms, common mistakes & many more things for last-minute revision.

4>

Make a note of weak areas

Try to make a note of weak areas so that you don't waste your time in doing those questions or don't attempt those questions that aren't scoring. This can only be done by giving a CAT mock exam regularly & deeply analysing weaknesses & strengths required.

5>

Time Management

The Last & most important tip for attempting questions online is fixing the time for each section. As the timer will start at a fixed time, it will close automatically after a fixed 2-hour period. So this can also be analysed by giving mock exams regularly, which can make you aware of which section needs more time & which section requires less time. So you can attempt those questions first, which are more scoring & take less time. Also, to complete the exam in the given time; you must be given more & more mock exams that can help you prepare faster & quickly.
